Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC) has entered a five-year strategic partnership with the Vector Institute, a not-for-profit artificial intelligence (AI) research organization. As the retail landscape continues to evolve, CTC is exploring the potential of AI-enabled smart solutions to create a differentiated and deeper customer experience in-store and digitally. The retailer says the application of advanced AI will enhance the customer experience across its banners by helping to personalize the entire shopping experience.
