ABC Supply Expands Into Canada

ABC Supply Co., Inc., a U.S. wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, and other select exterior and interior building products, has expanded into Canada with the acquisition of the Monarch Group of Companies. The group includes Monarch Siding Centre Inc., Monarch Exterior Centre Inc., and Monarch Metal Systems Inc. As a result of this acquisition, ABC Supply now has its first five locations in Canada in Calgary, Edmonton, Acheson, Red Deer, and Lethbridge, AB. They will all operate under the Monarch trade name. Founded in 1992 in Calgary, the Monarch Group distributes exterior building products, including vinyl, aluminum, and fiber-cement siding; residential roofing materials; and related accessories, decking, and gutters.
