Accurate Group Commences Sale And Investment Solicitation Process

The restructuring proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) for the Accurate Group of companies is commencing with a sale and investment solicitation process (SISP). The SISP is seeking bids for the sale of some, all, or substantially all of the property, assets, and undertakings of its Opcos segment or for the restructuring, recapitalization, or refinancing of the Accurate Group. The Opcos segment consists of Polar Window of Canada Ltd., Accurate Dorwin (2020) Inc., Glass 8 Inc., National Interiors (2021) Inc., Allsco Windows & Doors, and Alweather Windows & Doors. The Holdcos segment of the group includes Polar Holding Ltd., 10064720 Manitoba Ltd., and 12986914 Canada Ltd.
