ADENTRA acquires Woolf Distributing for $130 million

ADENTRA Inc. announced the acquisition of Woolf Distributing Company, Inc. for $130 million. This strategic purchase, completed through a wholly owned subsidiary, enhances ADENTRA’s product range and expands its geographical reach within the Pro Dealer customer channel.

Rob Brown, president and CEO of ADENTRA, stated the acquisition will bolster the company’s presence in the US Midwest and introduce new specialty products for outdoor living. Brown highlighted that this move aligns with ADENTRA’s goal of achieving $3.5 billion in annual sales by 2028.

The acquisition is expected to immediately boost adjusted earnings per share and EBITDA margin.
