Aliaxis acquires US pipe company

Aliaxis SA, operating under the IPEX brand in North America, plans to acquire the manufacturing division of the US-based Valencia Pipe Company. The acquisition expands Aliaxis’ key market in the western US by adding two production facilities and one distribution centre in the states of Arizona and Washington. Valencia’s pipe and fittings manufacturing division primarily produces plumbing solutions for the residential market.
