Basset Furniture Acquires Noa Home

Basset, VA-based Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. has acquired the capital stock of Noa Home Inc., a mid-priced eCommerce furniture retailer headquartered in Montreal, QC. Noa has operations in Canada, Australia, Singapore, and the UK. The acquisition will provide Bassett with a greater online presence and will allow us to attract more digitally native consumers. Noa will have access to greater resources which will allow it to improve its in-stock position and to expand its Canadian distribution beyond its original eastern Canadian footprint.
