Baxter named COO
Nate Baxter will be promoted to chief operating officer of Scotts MiracleGro Company, effective Septembe 4. He is currently executive vice-president of technology and operations. He succeeds Mike Lukemire, current president and COO, in preparation for his retirement in fiscal 2024. Lukemire, who has been with the company for almost 28 years, will serve as president until his retirement.
