Beko ranks 44th on TIME’s World’s Most Sustainable Companies list

Global appliance manufacturer Beko has secured the 44th spot on TIME Magazine and Statista’s inaugural list of the World's Most Sustainable Companies. This recognition highlights Beko’s commitment to eco-friendly practices and net-zero goals, making it the highest-ranking home appliance company on the list.

Beko received a score of 75.68 out of 100, placing fourth in the “manufacturing and industrial production” sector.

“Our ranking is a testament to the passionate commitment of our entire team,” said Hakan Bulgurlu, CEO of Beko. The ranking assessed over 5,000 companies on sustainability metrics including environmental impact, social responsibility, and transparency.

Beko’s 2023 Sustainability Report highlights significant achievements, such as a 64% renewable energy usage rate and the recycling of 1.75 million units of electronic waste since 2014.
