Brixen Developments wins Home Builder of the Year Award

Brixen Developments has been awarded the Home Builder of the Year, Mid/High-Rise award by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD). This award is one of the most prestigious recognitions in the Canadian building industry. 

Alexander D'Orazio, co-founder of Brixen, expressed gratitude for the acknowledgment, stating, “We're thrilled by this recognition from our peers in the industry.” Andrew Iacobelli, another co-founder, emphasized the significance of being recognized among the Greater Toronto Area’s top builders, who have greatly influenced urban living.

Since 1980, the BILD Awards have highlighted excellence in the design, construction, and marketing of new homes in the GTA. Brixen was one of five finalists for this year's award.

“This success inspires us to continue building high-quality communities where people come first,” stated by D’Orazio.

Currently, Brixen has 2,700 condo units in its development pipeline.
