Castle Building Centres announces 2024-2025 scholarship winners
Castle Building Centres Group Ltd. has announced the recipients of its 12th Annual Scholarship Program for the 2024-2025 academic year. The program, which awards $2,500 scholarships to deserving students, recognizes academic achievement, community involvement, and leadership potential.
The winners of two academic scholarships are Maria Shea from Stephenville Crossing, Newfoundland and Olivia Sparkes from Notre Dame Castle. Meanwhile, the recipients of the two trade scholarships are Maria Redmond from Mermaid, Prince Edward Island and Anastasia Fendley from Mono, Ontario.
Maria Shea, a national athlete, is noted for her academic success and dedication to leadership roles. Olivia Sparkes is also an athlete and captain, and a recipient of many sports awards. She has excelled in her studies while also being a volunteer coach.
Maria Redmond and Anastasia Fendley are dedicated students who have balanced academic and community involvement through volunteering.
