Castle member opens third location

Castle Building Centres Group member Mike James, owner of Spring Valley Building Centre and O’Leary Building Centre on Prince Edward Island, has partnered with Adam Baird to open a third store in Montague. James and Baird felt the time was right to expand and launch a location on the east side of the island to meet their growing customer base and open the door to new opportunities in the community. Brudenell Building Centre will be a full-service lumber, building materials, and hardware Castle location, complete with large retail and warehouse areas. “We have enjoyed great success with Castle over the years and knew this opportunity to grow would expand our reach. The Castle business model provides unlimited growth possibilities and continues to work very well for our business,” says James. The store will open in the coming weeks and a grand opening celebration is scheduled for the fall.
