Cloverdale Paint and Tnemec forge exclusive partnership

Cloverdale Paint Inc. has entered an exclusive distribution agreement with Tnemec Company, Inc., a century-old manufacturer of heavy-duty industrial coatings. The agreement grants Cloverdale exclusive distribution rights in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.
