Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. confirms quarterly dividend payout

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. (TSX: DBM) has declared its 57th consecutive quarterly dividend, set at $0.14 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 12, 2024, to shareholders recorded by June 28, 2024.

Headquartered in Vancouver, Doman is Canada’s only fully integrated national distributor in the building materials sector. Founded in 1989, the company operates several divisions across Canada and the US, with multiple treating plants, specialty facilities, and distribution centers. Doman Lumber, based in Dallas, Texas, manages 21 treating plants and several mills, servicing the central US with lumber, fencing, and building materials. Doman's Canadian operations include private timberlands and forest licenses.
