Fenplast expands portfolio with acquisition of Les Portes ARD

CANDIAC, QC, June 10, 2024 – Fenplast, a Quebec-based manufacturer of windows and doors, has acquired Les Portes ARD through its subsidiary, Lajeunesse windows and doors. This strategic acquisition, announced today, will enhance Fenplast’s product range and integrate a new network of clients.
