Georgia-Pacific Invests In OSB Facility

Georgia-Pacific will invest approximately $40 million in its oriented strand board (OSB) facility in Alcolu, SC. The major scope of the project will be to add a third strander to the facility, which will increase the annual output of quality OSB products by approximately 150 million square feet. The addition is scheduled to be completed in 2023. The company recently invested in a $20 million addition to the facility.
