Geranium and Habitat GTA join forces to build 26 homes in Oshawa

Real estate developer Geranium has announced a three-year partnership with Habitat for Humanity Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The company will donate $150,000 to aid Habitat GTA’s mission to build 26 homes for families in need in Oshawa and Durham Region. This collaboration reflects Geranium’s commitment to community development.

Geranium’s staff will also participate in annual Team Build Days, actively contributing to the construction of affordable homes. “Building homes is not just about constructing houses, but about nurturing the communities within them,” said Cheryl Shindruk, Geranium’s executive vice-president. Habitat GTA CEO Ene Underwood praised the partnership, emphasizing its impact on addressing the housing affordability crisis.
