Giant Tiger opens a new store in Camrose, Alta.

Giant Tiger Stores Limited announced the grand opening of its new location in Camrose, Alberta, scheduled for Saturday, September 21. The 15,600-square-foot store, situated at 7005 48th Avenue, will open its doors at 8 am, following a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:30 am.

To celebrate, the first 100 customers will receive gift cards, and the event will feature Giant Value chips, a balloon artist, a face painter, and a visit from Friendly the Giant Tiger. Store manager Joan Guiriba highlighted the store’s commitment to providing affordable fashion, groceries, and household essentials.

In support of the local community, Giant Tiger has donated $1,000 to the Camrose Food Bank. The new store will operate Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm, and Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm.
