Groupe Patrick Morin expands into Ottawa-Gatineau region

Groupe Patrick Morin has acquired P. Bonhomme Enterprises, adding four Bytown PRO and Bonhomme PRO renovation centers to its growing network. The stores, located in Rockland, Carleton Place, Limoges, and Gatineau’s Hull sector, mark the retailer’s first presence in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

The transaction, finalized on Nov. 17, brings the company’s total to 26 renovation centers. President Louis Turcotte expressed pride in maintaining the established Bytown and Bonhomme PRO brands.

This acquisition is part of a growth strategy by the Quebec-based company, which now employs nearly 2,000 people and anticipates continued expansion across Canada.
