Home Hardware Makes Leadership Changes

John Pierce is vice-president, retail business development, with Home Hardware Stores Limited. Most recently, he led store operations for a national operator-owned Canadian retailer. Bernie Gauthier will be vice-president, retail operations, effective October 24. Prior to joining Home, he was sales director of siding and pressure treated lumber at Taiga Building Products. Chris Marinis is vice-president, information technology. He was previously senior director, business solutions and has been with the company for two years. Chris Parsons is senior director, omnichannel marketing and strategic insights. He was director, eCommerce. Melanie Beatty is director, eCommerce. She joined Home Hardware in 2004 and has played an integral role in leading the digital roadmap for its eCommerce strategy. Kristi Stemmler is director, brand management, marketing communications and research. She joined the company in 2018 as director of content and media.
