IPEX completes pipe company acquisition

IPEX, a thermoplastic piping systems company, has completed its acquisition of Valencia Pipe Company’s plastic pipe and fittings manufacturing division. The acquisition supports IPEX’s North American growth strategy, giving it an expanded presence in US by adding a manufacturing facility in Washington and a manufacturing facility and distribution centre in Arizona. IPEX will leverage Valencia’s range of ABS, PVC, and MDPE pipes to enter new markets and broaden its offerings to existing customers.
