IPEX opens new US flagship manufacturing facility

IPEX has announced the grand opening of its new US technological flagship manufacturing facility located in Pineville, NC. The new 200,000-sq ft facility will increase IPEX’s capabilities to manufacture fittings for plumbing, electrical, industrial, and municipal applications. It has been described to be one of the most advanced plastics manufacturing facilities in the industry, having 60 electric injection molding machines that enable automation of sorting, labeling, counting, packing, and assembly. 

“This facility is an important part of our North American growth strategy to expand our US footprint and better serve our customers,” said Alex Mestres, CEO at IPEX.
