Irinox Home Enters Canadian Market

Irinox Home, an Italian-based appliance and equipment manufacturer, has entered the Canada and U.S. markets with its Freddy and Fresco Élite products. The company is part of the Irinox group, manufacturer of blast chilling systems and shock freezing technology that has provided solutions to kitchens across the hospitality sector for more than 30 years. Its home appliance range promises the same preservation and quality as its industrial equipment. The Freddy blast chiller can blast chill food immediately after cooking, preserving nutrients and food quality. It can also control the thawing process for each type of food. The Fresco Élite is a sidekick to Freddy. It is designed to fit on the countertop and efficiently blast chill food at the touch of a button. This appliance is multi-purpose and, aside from its blast chill and chilling features, it also bakes and heats food.
