JENNMAR expands Canadian operations with Dumotech acquisition

JENNMAR, a global supplier of infrastructure products and specialized services in the civil, solar, mining, and construction industries, has acquired Dumotech Industrial Products. Dumotech, based in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, has been manufacturing and distributing products for the hardrock mining sector for nearly 30 years.

As part of the acquisition, JENNMAR will integrate Dumotech’s operating assets and customer relationships while maintaining operations at Dumotech’s facility. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This investment strengthens JENNMAR’s strategic expansion in Canada and enhances its ability to serve the hardrock mining market. The integration of Dumotech strengthens JENNMAR’s presence in Quebec. This acquisition also aligns with JENNMAR’s ongoing global expansion strategy, complementing recent acquisitions of Australian Steel & Wire and G&R Gas Services.
