Karim names CCO

Riz Karim is chief customer officer with ECI Software Solutions. He will lead customer-facing teams collaborating across manufacturing, residential construction, field service management, building supply, office technology, and wholesale/retail distribution divisions. Previously, he served as senior vice-president of global services and support at Everbridge.
