Kronospan to acquire Roseburg’s Simsboro particleboard facility

Kronospan and Roseburg Forest Products announce planned purchase and sale of Roseburg’s Simsboro, Lousiana, particleboard facility

Wood panel product producer Kronospan plans to acquire the Simsboro, LA-based particleboard facility from Roseburg Forest Products. Once complete, Kronospan will modernize the facility which will then accelerate the growth of its wood panel production in North America.
