Laurel Krueger named senior VP and general counsel at Champion Homes

Champion Homes, Inc. has appointed Laurel Krueger as its senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary, effective August 1, 2024. Krueger brings over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. She previously served as senior vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary at Express, Inc.

Mark Yost, Champion Homes’ president and CEO, praised Krueger’s strategic focus and collaborative leadership style, highlighting her alignment with the company’s values. Krueger replaces Robert M. Spence, who retired after a five-year tenure marked by key strategic expansions. Yost lauded Spence’s contributions, particularly in advancing corporate policies and compliance standards.
