LP and Huber Engineered Woods settle patent dispute

LP Building Solutions (LP) and Huber Engineered Woods have reached a settlement agreement concerning patent-infringement claims related to LP's WeatherLogic® Air & Water Barrier. The settlement includes LP's ongoing production and sale of its Structural I sheathing with integrated water-resistive overlay, operating under the WeatherLogic brand. Specific terms of the resolution remain undisclosed.
