LP appoints two key executives

LP Building Solutions (LP) has announced key appointments within its leadership team. Gabriel Farias has been appointed as vice president of OSB Manufacturing, while Landon Stephens takes on the role of director of OSB Sales and Marketing Planning.

Farias brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience, having previously worked in both the steel and building products industries. He will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of OSB operating goals, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and managing the environmentally conscious production of LP's oriented strand board and Structural Solutions products.

Stephens joined LP in 2015. His new role involves leading LP's OSB business segment, encompassing strategic sales planning, and overseeing OSB Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Stephens holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee.
