Masonite divests architectural business segment

Masonite International Corporation plans to sell of all assets associated with the its Architectural segment to subsidiaries of IBP Solutions, Inc., a newly formed portfolio company of private equity firm Industrial Opportunity Partners. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

Masonite International is a global designer, manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of interior and exterior doors and door systems for the new construction and repair, renovation, and remodeling sectors of the residential and non-residential building construction markets.
