Mattamy Homes launches The Laurels in Milton

Mattamy Homes has announced the launch of The Laurels, a multi-residential development designed to blend urban living with natural beauty. Located at Britannia Rd and Regional Road 25, this community serves as a central node within a master-planned area, featuring retail spaces and a promenade that integrates with the adjacent natural heritage system.

The Laurels aims to provide attainable housing starting in the $500,000’s, with 60% of units being one-bedroom with dens, targeting first-time buyers. The project emphasizes sustainability, incorporating geothermal heating and cooling systems.

Niall Haggart, president of Mattamy’s GTA Urban Division, stated, “We believe in Milton and in creating more opportunities for Canadians to realize their dreams of homeownership.”

Occupancy for Phase 1 is expected by fall 2027, with the full build-out anticipated by winter 2029.
