Built Green Canada is extending support to communities affected by natural disasters, with a focus on rebuilding sustainably. Amid ongoing wildfires and floods across Canada, the organization offers financial assistance to builders involved in reconstruction efforts.

Built Green Canada’s programs emphasize climate-resilient practices, including improved indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and durable materials. Builders opting for the Built Green certification will have membership fees waived and receive training and certification discounts.

The organization is also partnering with municipalities to integrate disaster preparedness into new developments. Built Green aims to help communities rebuild in ways that enhance long-term resilience and environmental sustainability.
