NEXII Inc. has acquired Nexii Building Solutions’ assets, signaling a major relaunch. The company, known for its precision-manufactured structural wall and roof panels, aims to tackle rising construction costs and reduce carbon footprints.

Principal Russ Lambert of 3 Gates praised NEXII’s superior techniques, predicting North American success. Blake Beckham emphasized the importance of the Squamish, BC workforce, where C$8 million will be invested to enhance the manufacturing plant.

Bill Tucker, appointed as interim CEO, will oversee restructuring before joining the board. The Dallas-based principals of 3 Gates, experts in restructuring, are confident in fostering NEXII’s growth in the construction industry.
