North American Segment Drives Masonite Sales Growth

Masonite International Corporation had net sales of $676 million in the fourth quarter of 2022, an increase of six per cent compared to $636 million in the year-ago period. North American residential net sales were $528 million, a seven per cent increase compared to $494 million year over year. Overall, net income was $31 million in the quarter compared to a net loss of $25 million in the fourth quarter of 2021. Gross profit was $143 million, an increase of six per cent versus $135 million from the prior-year period.
