North Star Windows launches ULTRASTAR™ co-extruded reinforcements

North Star Windows & Doors has introduced ULTRASTAR™ co-extruded reinforcements, a new innovation designed to enhance the durability and strength of vinyl windows. Engineered in collaboration with BASF, ULTRASTAR provides stability, even under extreme conditions.

Tested at temperatures as high as 82°C (180°F), ULTRASTAR assures that vinyl window profiles maintain their shape without warping, shrinking, or moving. This new technology meets European standards and is now available in North Star’s casement and awning profiles across North America.
