Northstar Clean Technologies announces leadership changes

Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. has announced senior management appointments aimed at driving its business strategy. Greg Phaneuf joins as chief financial officer (CFO) and vice president of corporate development, effective Dec. 2. He brings significant experience in corporate finance and strategic growth, having facilitated over $2 billion in financings and $7.5 billion in corporate transactions.

Lynda Paananen is the new corporate controller, offering over 20 years of expertise in compliance and financial governance. Kellie Johnston has been promoted to chief legal and administrative officer, expanding her role to oversee sustainability, governance, and branding.

CEO Aidan Mills highlighted the appointments as Northstar approaches the launch of its first commercial facility in Calgary. Interim CFO Christopher Park will assist through early 2025.

Northstar focuses on reprocessing asphalt shingles for sustainable reuse.
