PCL partners with HammerTech to enhance job site safety

PCL Construction (PCL) has entered a multi-year agreement with HammerTech, a safety intelligence software company, to improve safety and operational efficiency across global job sites. PCL manages an annual construction volume exceeding $10 billion, with an injury rate below the industry average.

The collaboration with HammerTech aims to streamline safety protocols and enhance data collection, contributing to PCL’s goal of zero incidents. Mark Bryant, chief information officer at PCL, noted that “HammerTech will allow us to gather more sophisticated data around our safety programs.”

HammerTech’s platform offers advanced reporting, data management, and adaptability to evolving workflows. Jim Barry, vice president of health, safety, and environment at PCL, emphasized the company’s dedication to safety, stating that the partnership will provide critical tools to maintain their strong safety record.
