Pella Completes Lawson Acquisition

Pella Corporation has completed the acquisition of aluminum window and door manufacturer Lawson Industries, Inc. The closing of this transaction enables Pella to serve all customers and channels with a robust portfolio of materials, brands, and services including Lawson’s aluminum offerings. Florida-based Lawson was founded 60 years ago, and its legacy of quality makes it an excellent fit with Pella, says the company. The combination of two legacy brands is expected to accelerate growth, create operational efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.
