Platform Utilizes Data To Drive Profitability
The Coveo Merchandising Hub is designed to create personalized experiences that enables brands to deliver a relevant shopping journey to help to build customer loyalty and increase profitability. The platform features an intuitive interface that enables merchandising teams to operationalize campaigns, gain insight on revenue opportunities, customize product discovery, and create recommendation strategies for different audiences and geographies at scale, all without relying on IT (information technology). The AI allows teams to experiment, learn, and optimize online store performance. The technology powering it is the culmination of Coveo’s 2021 acquisition of Qubit, an AI-powered personalization technology company for fashion brands and retailers. The integration of this technology into the Coveo Relevance Cloud platform enables it to offer a more comprehensive commerce product discovery suite.
