PPG’s “New Paint for a New Start” to revamp 25 schools worldwide

PPG Industries has launched its third annual New Paint for a New Start initiative, part of the COLORFUL COMMUNITIES® program, to transform over 25 schools worldwide by the end of August 2024. PPG volunteers, using the company’s paint products and expertise, aim to create engaging and colorful learning environments. The initiative includes environmental sustainability elements and partnerships with PPG customers.

“The impacts of a quality education hold significant value and can change the trajectory of a student’s life,” said Malesia Dunn, executive director of the PPG Foundation. Projects will feature PPG’s 2024 Color of the Year, Limitless, enhancing classroom environments. In addition to painting, PPG is providing funding for STEM education supplies.
