To assist retailers and businesses better understand how accessibility barriers impact their customers and business' success, the guidebook covers how accessibility affects stores, low costs way to make stores accessible, and information to help retailers understand different types of disability. RCC is also hosting two complementary webinars: ‘Basics of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace’ on September 14 and ‘Guide to Building Mental Health into Retail Operations’ on September 21.
