RONA begins Lowe’s stores conversions
RONA has begun its Lowe’s stores conversions, which will start at the end of July and take place over several months. RONA re-established itself as an independent company following its acquisition by Sycamore Partners from Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in February. It operates a network of approximately 425 corporate and affiliated dealer stores across Canada. The first 10 Lowe’s stores to be converted RONA, all located in Ontario, are:
Lowe’s Ancaster
Lowe’s Brantford
Lowe’s Cambridge
Lowe’s Hamilton
Lowe’s Kitchener
Lowe’s Niagara Falls
Lowe’s Sarnia
Lowe’s Waterloo
Lowe’s Windsor
Lowe’s Windsor East
All Lowe’s stores that are converted will bear the new RONA+ banner. The launch of RONA+ is the first step in a wider strategic plan the retailer has launched to renew its commitment to the RONA brand
