RONA has begun its Lowe’s stores conversions, which will start at the end of July and take place over several months. RONA re-established itself as an independent company following its acquisition by Sycamore Partners from Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in February. It operates a network of approximately 425 corporate and affiliated dealer stores across Canada. The first 10 Lowe’s stores to be converted RONA, all located in Ontario, are:

  • Lowe’s Ancaster

  • Lowe’s Brantford

  • Lowe’s Cambridge

  • Lowe’s Hamilton

  • Lowe’s Kitchener

  • Lowe’s Niagara Falls

  • Lowe’s Sarnia

  • Lowe’s Waterloo

  • Lowe’s Windsor

  • Lowe’s Windsor East

All Lowe’s stores that are converted will bear the new RONA+ banner. The launch of RONA+ is the first step in a wider strategic plan the retailer has launched to renew its commitment to the RONA brand
