Roofmart Ontario Acquires AMA Roofing Supplies

Roofmart Ontario, a residential and commercial roofing supplier, has acquired Hamilton, ON-based AMA Roofing Supplies. The transaction brings together two long time, family-owned members of the roofing supply industry in Ontario. Roofmart plans to retain AMA's current staff of industry professionals. Roofmart has more than 50 branches across Canada.
