Saskatchewan Parks Week kicks off

The Government of Saskatchewan has designated July 14 to 20 as Saskatchewan Parks Week, featuring themed activities leading up to Canada’s Parks Day on July 20.

“Saskatchewan Parks Week is a celebration, and a unique opportunity to experience exciting events and programs across our provincial parks,” said Parks, Culture and Sport Minister Laura Ross.

Visitors can explore various activities, including guided hikes, sunset paddling, and historical tours, as part of the nationwide initiative by the Canadian Parks Council. Discovery Packs for self-guided activities and special camping promotions are also available.
