The Buildings Show 2024 highlights AI’s impact

The Buildings Show 2024, taking place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from Dec. 4–6, will focus on advancing technologies in the construction industry, including Artificial intelligence (AI) and building information modeling (BIM).

One session, “The Future of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AI,” scheduled for Dec 5 from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm, will examine AI’s transformative role in construction workflows. Presenter Sam Varghese of GRC Building Services will discuss applications such as smarter project planning, enhanced collaboration, and ethical considerations surrounding AI integration.

This session aims to provide actionable insights for professionals navigating the growing intersection of AI and BIM in the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations sectors.
