The Home Depot unveils new leadership transition

The Home Depot announced the appointment of Jordan Broggi as executive vice president of customer experience and president of online, effective June 3, 2024. Broggi has been with the company for 11 years. In his new role, he will lead the development of innovative solutions to enhance customer experience across all platforms. He will also oversee The Home Depot’s online business.

Broggi succeeds Matt Carey, who will retire on December 31, 2024, after 16 years with the company. Carey will remain in an advisory role until his retirement. Under Carey’s leadership, The Home Depot transformed its IT infrastructure.
