Toronto Area Home Sales Down

January sales in the Greater Toronto, ON, Area (GTA) housing market were down from January 2022, highlighting the impact of higher borrowing costs on affordability. There were 3,100 sales in January, in line with the December 2022 result of 3,110, but down 44.6 per cent from 5,594 sales in January 2022.
