Tridel marks 90 years of building Toronto’s communities

Tridel Corporation celebrates 90 years of being a part of Toronto’s home-building landscape since its inception in 1934 by Jack DelZotto. Initially focusing on single-family homes, Tridel later expanded under the stewardship of DelZotto’s sons, becoming a key player in Canada’s real estate sector with over 90,000 homes and 200 condominium communities built.
