Virtuo launches HomieAI™

Virtuo has unveiled HomieAI™, a generative artificial intelligence app trained specifically on individual homes. The beta release marks a milestone in home management technology, enabling homeowners to securely interact with their home’s unique data for tailored advice and solutions.

Built using insights from over 30,000 homeowners, HomieAI™ integrates details such as floorplans, appliance specs, and HOA agreements. Unlike general AI systems, it provides highly specific answers. Examples include identifying warranty coverage for peeling paint or suggesting weatherproofing strategies based on a home’s location.
