WernerCo highlights the importance of safe ladder use with new system

WernerCo has revealed a new visual safety system across their product lines, including Werner step ladders, LEANSAFE ladders, extension ladders, and podium ladders. 

Rolling out now and through 2024, the new system was recently recognized by the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) magazine in the “high visibility” products category and will be featured in the November-December issue of the magazine. This provides simple safety guidelines for choosing the right ladder and using it correctly with the use of visual colors and easy-to-understand symbols, alongside emphasizing the importance of safety and in relaying the message to everyone on the work site. 

“These significant changes are based on years of planning, including in-the-field, purchaser and end-user research, which have led us to develop this new, innovative system to help customers better understand ladder safety and application use,” said Michael Melton, vice president and general manager for safe access climbing at WernerCo.
