Westlake Royal Acquires Palight Trimboard

Westlake Royal Building Products USA Inc. has acquired Palight Trimboard business from Palram Americas, Inc. Based in Kutztown, PA, Palram is a manufacturer of extruded thermoplastic sheets, panel systems, and finished products. Through this transaction, Westlake Royal will expand its portfolio of brands offered under Westlake Royal Trim & Mouldings Solutions.
